To count towards the challenge an activity should last at least 20min.
Points are awarded per week, from Monday to Sunday, with a maximum of 10 possible points each week. They will be added to count towards the current month's challenge.
ACTIVITY POINTS: 1 point per activity
REGULARITY BONUS I: 2 bonus points for the first activity of the week following a week where you had at least one activity. The first week of the month takes into account the last week of the previous month.
REGULARITY BONUS II: 2 bonus points for the 4th activity of the week
EXAMPLE:
Week 1: 2 activities = 2 points
Week 2: 3 activities + reg. bonus I = 5 points
Week 3: no activity = 0 point
Week 4: 4 activities + reg. bonus II = 6 points
Week 5: 6 activities + reg. bonus I+II = 10 points
Total for the month = 25 points
So 2 short brisk walks will give you more points than 1 massive 40K run.
The challenge occurs on a monthly basis and points are reset at the beginning of each month. The month starts on the first Monday of the month, so there will be 4 or 5 weeks in each month depending on the calendar.
Each month, one (or more) winners will get kudos from the social committee.
